Sealed prediction: LiteBIRD inflationary tensor-to-scalar ratio

Sealed prediction file (plaintext) for LiteBIRD CMB B-mode polarization. Embargoed until 2031-06-01, on which date the file is automatically released by Zenodo. Predicts r = 3*sqrt(2)/N^2 ~= 0.003-0.004 (already in Pub1, March 2026) Cross-references the encrypted (AES-256) version with public SHA-256 hash on the master record.
