资源简介：
The purpose of the project was to study the mass disease and death of freshwater sponges observed in Lake Baikal. The object of the study was endemic freshwater Baikal sponge L. baicalensis. Samples of sponge tissues were used, for healthy, diseased and rotten sponge. Total DNA and total RNA was extracted from samples and sequenced with the Illumina HiSeq platform.
