Social report – Working time of permanent staff

This dataset divides the active staff of civil servants as at 31 December each year by community (commune, department, and for 2018 only, City of Paris), by mode of working time (full-time and part-time), by hierarchical category, by sex, by year.

It is recalled that Parisian civil servants are recruited only on full-time jobs.

The “Social Report”** of the Parisian community provides, each year, quantitative but also qualitative information on the human resources of the City of Paris. It traces the evolution of the main indicators relating to human resources policy, be it staff, remuneration, hygiene and safety, careers and training, working conditions and social relations.

In anticipation, the “Bilan Social” datasets have integrated the [community merger](https://www.paris.fr/actualites/paris-fusion-de-la-ville-et-du-conseil-departemental-6373) relating to the [Ordinance n°2018-74] as of 2018. The code _City of Paris_ replaces from 2018 the codes _Commune_ and _Department_ of the column **Collectivity**.
