This repository contains the filtered connectivity matrices used in the article "Early-life dispersal and adult natural markers reveal between- and within-stock connectivity: challenging the stock unit paradigm in Mediterranean fisheries" (DOI: XXXX). It includes four .zip files: main: Contains the connectivity matrices from the simulation set where all three filters were applied. B200_Tf_Nf, Sf_Nf, B200_Nf: Contain matrices from the corresponding sensitivity analyses, where one or two filters were removed. Each .zip file includes 910 filtered daily connectivity matrices ("T") representing larval dispersal patterns during the red mullet spawning season—spanning from May 1st (day 1) to July 30th (day 91), for each year between 2009 and 2018. July 31st was excluded, as no larval release was assumed for that day. In addition to the matrices, the four .zip files also contain the 910 daily calculated connectivity indices ("ConnectInd") corresponding to each simulation.
