Microbial community analysis in leachate of inert-waste landfill sites in Fukuoka, Japan (June, 2016-September, 2017)

Microbial community analysis in leachate of inert-waste landfill site was conducted. Leachate was collected from 16 inert-waste landfill sites in Fukuoka Prefecture, with seven sites collected for two consecutive years, for a total of 23 samples analyzed. 16S rRNA libraries targeted V3-V4 region were prepared and sequenced on a Miseq system.
