We sampled RNA from pools of the head tissue of Nasonia vitripennis at four different time points after they received light manipulation. In total, we sampled two treatment conditions: light treatment and dark control; we sampled four treatment durations: 30 mins, 1 hr, 2 hrs, and 4 hrs after the start of treatment.
