RNAseq analysis of the underlying molecular mechanism of the circadian light input pathway in a hymenopteran insect - Nasonia vitripennis

We sampled RNA from pools of the head tissue of Nasonia vitripennis at four different time points after they received light manipulation. In total, we sampled two treatment conditions: light treatment and dark control; we sampled four treatment durations: 30 mins, 1 hr, 2 hrs, and 4 hrs after the start of treatment.
