The dataset contains:
- "fct": forecast median point estimate electricity consumption (TWh) per day and country/state.
- "low80", "low95", "up80", "low95": 80% and 80% lower and upper bounds of the prediction intervals (TWh).
- "diff": percentage difference between the forecast point estimate and actual daily electricity consumption (%). It can be interpreted as the impact of COVID-19 measures on electricity consumption.
- "diflow80", "diflow95", "difup80", "diflow95": percentage difference between the lower and upper bounds of the prediction intervals and actual daily electricity consumption (%).
- "date": date (dd/mm/yyyy).
- "country": 2-digits country code.
- "lockdown": starting date of the country/state-wide lockdown/stay-home order (dd/mm/yyyy).
For nine countries/states: Austria (AT), California (CA), Germany (DE), Spain (ES), Florida (FL), France (FR), Great Britain (GB), Italy (IT) and New York (NY) between March and July 2020.
