Computational Certificates and Reproducibility Data for Certificate-Oriented Exclusions in the B-Root Branch of the Order-48 vgr(48,3,8,4) Problem

This record contains the computational certificates, checker source code, frozen authority data, row-status registry, proof-task partitions, logs, provenance material, and reproducibility documentation supporting the manuscript "Certificate-Oriented Exclusions in the B-Root Branch of the Order-48 vgr(48,3,8,4) Problem". The closed release certifies that B-root rows 0, 1, 15, 24, 29, 37, 39, 50, and 65 admit no completion to a vgr(48,3,8,4) graph. The remaining 57 of 66 B-root rows are unresolved. This dataset therefore supports a partial B-root exclusion result and does not claim complete B-root exhaustion, global nonexistence of vgr(48,3,8,4), or n(3,8,4)=50.
