Stencil duplicated copies of minutes confirmed by the chairman of the following meeting. Each shows date, time and place of meeting and lists those present. Items of business usually include business arising out of the minutes of the previous meeting, correspondence and financial matters. The minutes cover all aspects of the Board's work. Copies of financial statements presented to the Board, reports received by the Board, regulations made by the Board and forms of legal agreement to be used by the Board are filed with the minutes of meetings at which they were discussed. The minutes of meetings 1-62 (10 April 1947-25/26 May 1955) have been bound in chronological order. Those of meetings 63-75 (22/23 June 1955-18/19 July 1956) are filed in a loose leaf binder in reverse chronological order. Items of business are numbered consecutively 1-817 for meetings 2-58 (29 May 1947-14/15 December 1954). (7/3741-44). 4 vols.
