This depository contains data obtained from several experiments in which broccoli florets were exposed to various concentrations of ozone by fumigation. The hypothesis is that under controlled (hormetic) doses of ozone, the secondary metabolism of plant tissue can be modified. Specifically, we focus on two metabolomics pathways: hydroxycinnamic acids and glucosinolates. However, it is also essential that these doses do not affect the quality of the products, and for this reason, physiological and quality parameters were also studied in the florets. The doses applied were essentially 5 uL/L for 60 and 720 min.
