In this project we performed short read and long read sequencing technologies to complete the genome of IncFIB carrying S. Schwarzengrund isolates. The aim of the project was to analyze and compare the complete sequence of IncFIB plasmids including virulence properties and mobile genetic elements carrying different Schwazengrund strains isolated from food and clinical sources.
