In this study we produced a high quality draft genome of Mesorhizobium plurifarium DJ20 (=STM8773), isolated from nodules of Acacia senegalin Senegal (Diouf et al., unpublished). Sequences were produced using an Illumina Hiseq (2x100bp) with paired reads on fragments of 700 bp, on 1/3 lane (around 60 millions ofreads, =2000X cover). Reads were assembled with CLC-Genomic workbench v5 and filtered on size (>500 bp) and cover (>200X).
