BTK Inhibitor-Mediated Transcriptional Changes in Neutrophils Infected with Aspergillus fumigatus

RNA expression of 773 host response genes following Aspergillus fumigatus infection in healthy neutrophils in the presence and absence of ibrutinib and/or TNFalpha In the study presented here, healthy neutrophils were pretreated with 0.3 uM ibrutinib (IBT) or DMSO for 30 min followed by 4 hour infection with B5233 strain of Aspergillus fumigatus in the presence or absence of TNFalpha.
