Regulation of cardiac cushion endocardial cells by KLF2

Comparison of differential gene expression between controls and mice that lack the transcription factor KLF2 from the cardiac endocardium following Nfatc1 Cre deletion. E12.5 cardiac atrio-ventricular cushion mRNA profiles were generated from KLF2 fl/fl and Nfatc1 KLF2 fl/fl mice.本数据集对比了对照组与经Nfatc1 Cre介导敲除心脏心内膜转录因子KLF2（transcription factor KLF2）的小鼠之间的差异基因表达水平。实验以KLF2 flox/flox（KLF2 fl/fl）及Nfatc1-Cre; KLF2 fl/fl小鼠为样本，获取了胚胎第12.5天（E12.5）心脏房室垫（cardiac atrio-ventricular cushion）的mRNA表达谱（mRNA profiles）。
