资源简介:
This dataset provides kinematic and orbital parameters computed with galpy for 2252 high-probability member stars of Omega Centauri/NGC 5139. The stars were selected from the Vasiliev & Baumgardt (2021) Gaia-based globular-cluster membership catalog by applying a membership probability threshold of P_memb >= 0.99 to the NGC 5139 entries. Among these high-probability members, 2252 stars have Gaia DR3 radial velocity measurements, allowing full kinematic and orbital calculations. The reported quantities include radial velocity, Galactic velocity components U, V, W, LSR-corrected velocity components U_LSR, V_LSR, W_LSR, total LSR velocity S_LSR, kinematic population classification, Galactocentric radius R_GC, total velocity V_tot, angular momentum L_z, orbital energy E, pericentric and apocentric distances r_peri and r_apo, planar orbital eccentricity e_p, and maximum vertical orbital distance z_max. The CSV file contains Galactocentric positions, Galactocentric and heliocentric velocity components, LSR-corrected velocities, kinematic population labels, and basic orbital parameters. A column-by-column description is provided in the accompanying README file. The calculations adopted the MWPotential2014 Galactic potential. The solar Galactocentric distance and local circular velocity were set to R0 = 8.178 kpc and V0 = 236.9 km s^-1, respectively. The solar motion with respect to the LSR was adopted as (U_sun, V_sun, W_sun) = (11.10, 12.24, 7.25) km s^-1, following Schönrich et al. (2010).
