Dataset Supporting Screening and Validation of Neutral Loci in Corynebacterium glutamicum (Including Plasmids, Strains, Primers and Computational Screening Results)

This dataset is the supporting data for the paper "Computer screening and characterization of neutral sites in the genome of Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC13032", which fully includes all experimental materials and computational analysis results used in the study Strain information: identification numbers, genotypes, resistance markers, and sources of wild-type and engineered strains of Corynebacterium glutamicum used; Plasmid information: name, resistance, insertion fragment, and purpose (such as amplification or validation) of the vector used for construction; PCR Primer Sequence: Primer ID, positive and negative sequences, annealing temperature, amplification length used for site validation, plasmid construction, and qPCR; Neutral locus calculation screening results: genome location, gene orientation, GC content, functional annotation, and screening output criteria. The dataset constructs a complete resource chain from computational screening to experimental validation, which can be directly used for related microbial synthetic biology research.
