ARPE-19 and MIO-M1 treated with hydrogen peroxide and risuteganib

ARPE-19 and MIO-M1 cells treated with: (1) untreated control for 36 h, (2) untreated for 24 h, then H2O2 for 12 h, and (3) RSG pre-treatment for 24 h, then H2O2 for 12 h. After exposure, cells were incubated for 48 h in fresh media before cell collection for RNA-seq. RNA-seq libraries were prepared using NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (New England Biolabs, Ipswich, MA) and sequenced on HiSeq 2500 (Illumina, San Diego, CA) to generate approximately 10-15 million single-end, 100 base pair reads per sample.
