Whole genome sequence of pathogenic bacteria isolated at Osaka Public University Hospital/Infection Control Department

We are conducting research to elucidate the mechanisms of drug resistance and drug development for drug-resistant bacteria. We aim to obtain new knowledge in the above studies through whole genome sequencing of pathogenic bacteria isolated at our affiliated hospital/Infection Control Department.
