The study's goal was to detect coronaviruses in the insectivorous bat population of Fore-Caucasus with pancoronavirus qPCR assay following metagenomic sequencing of positive samples. We used 300 swab samples from insectivorous bats from Fore-Caucasus for the screening.The provided data represents raw metagenomic sequences of samples with detected coronaviral RNA.
