By comparing the expression differences between wild-type Arabidopsis and transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana, the effect of overexpression of FBP gene in Arabidopsis thaliana was clarified. WT and FBP OE lines (OE5 and OE10) were used for transcriptome analysis. Leaves of Arabidopsis seedlings at the six-leaf stage were collected and used for transcriptome sequencing. Each line included three biological replicates. The total RNA of these samples was extracted using an RNAprep Pure Plant Kit (Tiangen Biotech Co., Ltd., Beijing, China), and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed by Mega Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Libraries were constructed on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform, and paired-end (PE) sequencing was performed on these libraries.
