This repository contains raw data and code related to "Direct visualization of native GSDMD pores reveals lipid-driven stabilizationduring pyroptosis" by Kapellhoff et al. Included are molecular dynamics parameter files, production trajectories (subsampled with 1frame/ns), and final structures of simulations of 16meric GSDMD arcs in a DOPC membrane with or without PIP lipids in their oligomerization interfaces.Code used for analysis and plotting as well as the resulting dataset produced by it are also provided.
