Androgene Receptor (AR) splice variant ARv567es mediated transcriptome in LNCaP cells

Purpose of the study was to identify unique transcriptomic changes mediated by Androgen Receptor (AR) splice variant ARv567es in LNCaP cells LNCaP cells with doxycycline (dox) inducible expression of Androgen Receptor (AR) splice variant ARv567es were developed through lentiviral infection. This cell line is labeled LNCaP-ARv567es. RNA Sequencing was performed using two independent biological replicates collected at different time points in order to identify the transcriptomic changes mediated by ARv567es. The vehicle or control group consisted of LNCaP-ARv567es cells treated with 0.1% ethanol and test or experimental group consisted of LNCaP-ARv567es cells treated with 30 ng/ml dox. Treatment with vehicle or dox was for 24 hours, after which mRNA was extracted and submitted for RNA Sequencing
