资源简介:
Fifty pigs were divided into 5 groups: control basal diet; 100 g/t of phytase; 40 g/t of mannanase; 100 g/t of glucanase, and 100 g/t of xylanase. At the end of the experiment, six pigs from each group were chosen to collect samples. The results also showed that pigs fed with exogenous enzymes had a decreased bacterial diversity in the cecum. Dietary supplementation of NSPase significantly increased the relative abundance of Firmicutes and decreased the relative abundance of Spirochaetae . Opportunistic pathogens, such as Treponema and Eubacterium ruminantium were decreased after exogenous enzymes treatment compared to the control group. The genus Lachnospiraceae_XPB1014 was elevated in the glucanase group and the family Lachnospiraceae was increased in mannanse group. In conclusion, phytase supplementation may promote the utilization of iron in pigs, while NSPase supplementation may have beneficial effects on gut health by modulating intestinal morphology and intestinal microbiota.
