Plant physiological processes are under the strong regulation of the phytohormone signaling network. Phytohormones are derivatives of primary and secondary metabolism, like salicylic acid, ethylene, jasmonic acid, and abscisic acid. The regulation of plant stress responses, adaptation to the environment, growth, or differentiation depend on the synthesis, transport, expression, and transcription control of genes and their regulatory proteins involved in these pathways. Therefore, we collected and grouped the all-possible transcription factors (TFs) and their predicted promoter binding sites of 35 genes that regulate these four pathways. This data presents the lists of TFs of the investigated key genes and their promoter specificity data queried from the EPDnew database using two probability P values in A. thaliana model plant.
