Verfahrensdokumentation für FSQ: Fibromyalgia Survey Questionnaire - deutsche Fassung

Die aktuellen Kriterien zur Diagnostik des Fibromyalgiesyndroms (FMS) ermöglichen es, einen fibromyalgieformen Beschwerdekomplex im Rahmen wissenschaftlicher Untersuchungen und in der klinischen Routine via Selbstauskunft des Patienten zu erfassen. Die Entwicklung des FSQ erfolgte auf der Basis der modifizierten ACR 2010-Kriterien und erfasst in vier Abschnitten die Ausprägung zentraler Symptome des FMS sowie das Vorhandensein verschiedener Schmerzpunkte über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg. Anhand der Itemantworten können a) der Symptom Severity Score (SSS), b) der Widespread Pain Index und c) die Fibromyalgie-Skala beurteilt werden. Reliabilität: Cronbachs Alpha beträgt für den Severity Symptom Score (SSS) Alpha = .65 und für die Fibromyalgie-Skala Alpha = .71. Validität: Für die Validität des FSQ sprechen signifikante Korrelationen zum Gesamtwert des PHQ-4 sowie erwartungsgemäße Konkordanzraten zwischen den nach ACR 1990- und ACR 2010-Kriterien gestellten Diagnosen. Bei der Überprüfung der Augenscheinvalidität mittels "Lautem Denken" fielen hingegen einige Unklarheiten bei der Bearbeitung des Fragebogens auf. The current criteria for the diagnosis of fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) make it possible to identify a complex of fibromyalgia symptoms within the framework of scientific investigations and in clinical routine via patient self-disclosure. The FSQ was developed on the basis of the modified ACR 2010 criteria and assesses in four sections the development of central symptoms of the FMS and the presence of various pain points over a longer period of time. The item responses can be used to assess a) the severity score (SSS), b) the widespread pain index and c) the fibromyalgia scale. Reliability: Cronbach's Alpha is Alpha = .65 for the Severity Symptom Score (SSS) and Alpha = .71 for the Fibromyalgia Scale. Validity: The validity of the FSQ is supported by significant correlations to the total PHQ-4 and expected concordance rates between the ACR 1990 and ACR 2010 diagnoses.
