Genomic analysis of Anaerocolumna sp. CBA3638. Anaerocolumna sedimenticola strain:CBA3638

The genomic data of Anaerocolumna sp. CBA3638 belonging to the family Lachnospiraceae were obtained using the PacBio platform. The complete genome of Anaerocolumna sp. CBA3638 contains 5,500,435 bp with 36.73 mol% of G+C content. Detailed genomic analyses and comparative studies with other genomes of the strains belonging to the genus Anaerocolumna will give further information and insight into the metabolism of Anaerocolumna species.
