资源简介:
Emerging and re-emerging porcine epidemic diarrhea (PED) has brought huge economic losses to global porcine industry since variant strains erupted in 2010. The nature of highly mutable coronavirus confers the capability of immune evasion on porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) and observably impairs protective effect of vaccines. Highly cell-passaged PEDV strains have been prioritized as candidates for live attenuated vaccines, but the mechanism by which they adapt to cell and break through the immune defense for higher proliferation efficiency remains unknown. Here, we performed a comparative transcriptomic study of Vero E6 cells infected with original parental (CT-P10) or cell-attenuated (CT-P120) PEDV for 6, 12 and 24 hours.
