DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF MEDICAL STUDENTS THROUGH PRAGMATIC CASE INTEGRATION TECHNOLOGY (PCIT)

The modernization of medical education requires not only theoretical knowledge acquisition but also the ability to apply knowledge effectively in real clinical settings. This study explores the pedagogical and methodological features of developing professional competence among medical students using Pragmatic Case Integration Technology (PCIT). The research highlights the role of case-based learning, interdisciplinary integration, reflective practice, and pragmatic approaches in enhancing clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. Findings demonstrate that PCIT significantly improves students’ clinical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and readiness for professional medical practice.
