Area of application of the brushing regulations in the Alpes de Haute-Provence

Area of application of the rules governing the preventive clearing of forest fires provided for in Article L.322-3 of the Forest Code (wood, forests, heaths, scrubs, scrubs, plantations or reforestations and around 200 m), in the municipalities where timber classified pursuant to Article L. 321-1 of the Forest Code are located and in forest areas (excluding those subject to low risks) referred to in Article L. 321-6 of the Forest Code. The definitions of plant formations and the zoning procedure are contained in circular DERF/SDF/C2002-3017 of 24 September 2002. These areas are demarcated when drawing up the plan for the protection of forests against fires or on the basis of a specific study with regard to classified wood (outside the scope of Article L. 321-6 of the Forest Code).
