资源简介:
By transcriptomics analysis, we identified that the mechanism underlying the effects of D-malate is dependent on the elevated intra-cellular acetyl-CoA content and increased Cyclin A acetylation. This finding revealed a novel mechanism, by which gut microbes impair muscle angiogenesis, and may provide therapeutic target for skeletal muscle function and other vascular associated diseases, such as cancer or aging. Overall design: We uesd pig vascular endothelial cell as samples, invided them into two group: control and D-malate treatment group (n=3 for each group). After 24 h treatment, cells were collected and uesd for transcriptomic sequencing.
