Metagenomic sequencing results of microbial communities degrading anthraquinone dye Reactive Blue 19

Microbial communities from costal sludge was acclimatized for efficiently degrading anthraquinone dye Reactive Blue 19 . Metagenome of the acclimatized microbial community and the original one was analyzed to seek possible effective species and functional genes for anthraquinone dye Reactive Blue 19 degradation.
