The ONT long-read data of NCIH2170 focusing on chr17 and chr8 ONT long-read sequencing with adaptive sampling was performed on NCIH2170 cells. Chr17 and chr8 regions were especially focused in the sequencing. Both the ligation-based and rapid sequencing approaches were performed according to the ONT protocol.
