DEVELOPMENT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF FUTURE TEACHER AS A CONDITION FOR PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE

This article examines the issue of developing the emotional intelligence of future teachers as a key component of their professional training. It explores the nature and structure of emotional intelligence, analyses its main components and the pedagogical conditions for its development. It also justifies the need for the targeted development of emotional competence among students at teacher training colleges.
