Gene expression profile of S-180 tumour cells after treated with Fluoxetine 20uM for 12hr.

To understand changes in gene expression profile of S-180 cells in response to Fluoxetine treated for 12hr. S-180 tumor cells were treated with 20uM Fluoxetine for 12hr and compare the difference in gene expression profile between control counter part of S-180 cells which is not treated with Fluoxetine. Whole cell mRNA were isolated using TRIzol reagent (ambionÒ, life technologiesTM). Each group of sample represents two biological replicates. 2 groups of samples as control and Fluoxetine treated S-180 cells with replicates, total 4 samples were analysed.
