Sediment records reveal elevated black carbon emissions potentially amplifying Arctic snowmelt
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides black carbon (BC) deposition record data from Sihailongwan Maar Lake, as well as model simulation results of black carbon emissions and their climate response based on sediment record constraints. The .nc dataset follows a unified English naming convention with the file structure: ffirehistbc-1850_2023_[experiment]_[variable]_[time]_[stat].nc, where experiment indicates the simulation type, including base (baseline experiment using CMIP7 emissions) and Sens_BC5 (sensitivity experiment with sediment-constrained enhancement of black carbon emissions); variable represents the variables included in the dataset, including but not limited to FSNTOA (the net solar flux at the top of the atmosphere, W/m²), FSNS (surface net solar flux, W/m²), TS (surface temperature, K), BCDEP (black carbon deposition flux, kg/m²/s), and FSNO (snow cover fraction); time indicates the time range (e.g., 1900–2023); and stat indicates the temporal averaging method, including DJF, MAM, JJA, SON (seasonal means), yearmean (annual mean), and mean (overall mean).
