Subnetworks characterizing glioblastoma subtypes extracted from Pathway Commons by NBC. The subnetwork includes a set of genes with propagated mutation score significantly different across cancer subtypes (ANOVA False Discovery Rate (FDR)<0.3) and their molecular interactions with learned activation score higher than average (> 0.04). The pie chart represents the relative ratio of the average propagated mutation score for the five subtypes. For example, the large blue area on IDH1 represents that its average propagation score is much higher in G-CIMP tumors than other subtypes.
