Tea leaf spot caused by Epicoccum nigrum was firstly found in Sinan County, Guizhou Province, China. Tea leaf spot caused by phytopathogens E. nigrum can negatively affect the productivity and quality of tea leaves in tea plantation in Sinan County, Guizhou Province, China. The analysis the miRNAs from tea leaves between the infected and uninfected by E. nigrum strain ACCC39733at 2 days of post-inoculation could help us understand the pathogenesis mechanism of E. nigrum.
