This dataset contains the demographic information including age and gender and classification of COVID-19 cases confirmed up to 19 April 2021 in Hong Kong provided by the government and is used in Chapters 6-7 of thesis to measure the transmissibility and superspreading potential during the third and fourth waves. Data for other Chapters are authorized by the primary supervisor, the data will not be uploaded and this has been approved by the primary supervisor.
