Preview of data for: Quantitative synthesis of the effects of drought on community composition and species interactions in terrestrial ecosystems

Dataset named "Interaction dataset_final" has all the data used for the interaction analysis. Dataset named "Community dataset_final" has the data for the community analysis. The R code is "drought_analysis.R". The analyses were done with .csv files. To run the analysis, save it as .csv file and edit the code to include an appropriate file location.
