资源简介:
We detected the gene level changes in C666-1 cells after treatment with Staphylococcus Kloosii through transcriptome sequencing. A total of 6 cell samples were divided into two groups, the SKS group and the TSA group. The C666-1 cells in the SKS group were treated with the culture supernatant of S.kloosii for 24 hours; correspondingly, the C666-1 cells in the TSA group were treated with TSA liquid culture medium as a control group. After 24 hours, all cells were collected, and their RNA was extracted. RNA sequencing was performed by Shenggong Bioengineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.Transcriptomic analysis revealed that S.kloosii activates lipid metabolic pathways in NPC cells, leading to significant upregulation of SCD and HMGCS1 at both gene and protein levels. This drives enhanced synthesis of cholesterol, glycerophospholipids, and sphingolipids, resulting in dysregulated lipid composition.
