RNA-Seq analysis used to explore the immunomodulatory mechanism of calcium molybdate nanoparticles

We studied the whole transcriptome RNA-sequencing of RAW 264.7 cells after 7-day culture.The cells were taken from scaffolds with only RAW 264.7 cells (abbreviated to 3D-R-control) or scaffolds with both RAW 264.7 cells and calcium molybdate (abbreviated to 3D-R-CM). The object of the study was to explore the potential mechanism of immunomodulatory effect of Mo ions on macrophages.
