Whole genome sequencing data of plasma free DNA from patients with multilocular echinococcosis

In this study, plasma samples from 20 patients with alveolar echinococcosis were collected, and their circulating free DNA was extracted and sequenced in high throughput. Based on bioinformatics analysis , a characteristic repetitive sequence fragment was screened as a high match to the 28S ribosomal RNA gene region of the multilocular echinococcus tapeworm.
