Escherichia coli strain BLRI_002

This dataset contains whole genome sequencing data of Escherichia coli isolates collected from poultry feces in Dhaka city of Bangladesh during 2024. The sequencing was performed using the Illumina NextSeq2000 platform, generating paired-end reads (2 × 150 bp). Raw reads were trimmed and assembled using Trimmomatic v0.39 and Unicycler v0.4.8. The data support a study on antimicrobial resistance genes and mobile genetic elements associated with colistin resistance.
