Data underlying the publication: Insight into Spin-to-Charge Conversion in Rutile RuO2

This dataset provides the source data of all the figures in the publication of "Insight into Spin-to-Charge Conversion in Rutile RuO2". This work obtains a deep insight into the spin-to-charge conversion in (101)-oriented RuO2 thin films and comes up with a qualitative model and numerical fitting of the experimental results. The data for different figures in the publication are presented in different sheets of the excel file. In each sheet, the first row includes the x and y axis of corresponding figure, with variable and units provided. <br>

本数据集为发表论文《金红石型二氧化钌（Rutile RuO2）中自旋-电荷转换（Spin-to-Charge Conversion）的深入解析》中的所有图表提供源数据。本研究针对(101)晶面取向的二氧化钌薄膜中的自旋-电荷转换展开深入探究，并针对实验结果构建了定性模型并完成了数值拟合。该Excel文件的不同工作表分别对应论文中不同图表的源数据，每个工作表的第一行标注了对应图表的X轴与Y轴变量及其单位。
