Dataset Description This dataset provides a comprehensive compilation of carbon and hydrological flux data for the Yellow River Source Region (YRSR), designed to support regional-scale evaluation, validation, and modeling of terrestrial–aquatic carbon dynamics. It consists of the following components: Monthly Gross Primary Production (GPP) Simulation Series (1960–2019)Continuous, gridded time-series data of simulated GPP at monthly resolution across the YRSR. Spatial Distribution of Long-Term Average Carbon Fluxes (1960–2019)Spatially explicit maps of mean annual carbon fluxes, including: Vertical fluxes: Gross Primary Production (GPP), Autotrophic Respiration (AR), Heterotrophic Respiration (HR), and Net Ecosystem Production (NEP); Hillslope lateral fluxes: Total lateral carbon flux, hillslope DIC, DOC, and POC; Riverine carbon fluxes: CO₂ emissions and exports of DIC, DOC, and POC. Multi-Year Daily simulation at TNH OutletDaily average discharge and carbon concentrations (DOC, DIC, and POC) simulated at the Tangnaihai (TNH) outlet in 1960-1999 (P1) and 2000-2019 (P2) periods. The coordinate system for the raster data is Sphere_ARC_INFO_Lambert_Azimuthal_Equal_Area.
