Per-cell heritability scores and cell metadata Derived data for Cardiac pacemaker cells carry common-variant heritability for human cognitive traits but not for ventricular repolarization. Analysis code, pre-registered predictions and all summary result tables are in the companion software archive; this record holds only the large per-cell matrices that the code consumes and produces. Every file is tab-separated. Score files carry one row per cell with the columns emitted by scDRS: index, raw_score, norm_score, mc_pval, pval, nlog10_pval, zscore. The analysis uses norm_score. No raw data are redistributed here. The human atlas, the mouse dataset and every GWAS are public and are identified by accession in the manuscript and in the software archive's DATA-SOURCES.md.
