Intravenous-induced 3LL-ΔNRAS tumour bearing mice were treated with RMC-4550 or/and RMC-4998 for 7 days and isolated for RNAseq. Overall design: 4 groups of 3LL-ΔNRAS tumour bearing mice: Vehicle, RMC-4550, RMC-4998, RMC-4550+RMC-4998 treated daily for 7 days. RNA was extracted from isolated lungs.
