Presented here is the analysis pipeline for Nguyen et al., (2022) "Transposons and genome dynamics in the fungal genus Neurospora: insights from nearly gapless genome assemblies ", which is accepted for publication in Fungal Genetics Reports. The RMarkdown script will generate an html document containing Figures 2, S2, S4, and S5, and additional plots. Analyses are based on the ripr package (https://github.com/NBISweden/ripr).
