ContextTAD_reproducibility

Final ContextTAD BED predictions for GM12878 at seven sequencing coverages: 4000M, 2000M, 1000M, 500M, 250M, 125M, and 62.5M. Final ContextTAD BED predictions for K562 and IMR90. Scored, pre-postprocessing ContextTAD candidates for all released datasets. Post-processing statistics and exact parameter records. Outputs from 15 reference TAD callers retained from the previous data release. CTCF ChIA-PET and processed directional CTCF ChIP-seq evaluation tracks. Compact benchmark tables for the analyses reported in the manuscript. Pair-score quartile, insulation-profile, and representative-region tables used for the structural analysis.
